What a wonderful surprise at the Bradley Beach train station! My husband and I were looking for somewhere different to go for breakfast and we found reviews for Back In Time Cafe on Yelp and had to try it! I had the sunshine sandwich which was amazing and the husband had the frittata which he said was excellent. We started our breakfast by sharing potato pancakes. The best potato pancakes we had in ages! I'm still thinking about them... We can't wait to return for lunch because there were definitely lunch items that we must try, and those potato pancakes, yum! Attentive, friendly, excellent service. Parking is plentiful at the train station. Indoor and outdoor seating. We will definitely be back very soon!

Awesome food! Really good. I’ve been several times and I have never needed a doggie bag. cuz I lick my plate clean. Dogs welcome to dine outside. Beautiful atmosphere by the train station. Great place to eat before you hop on a train to NYC! I really love this place. Go eat there you won’t regret it.

Absolutely horrible sat for AN HOUR waiting for a chicken salad and BLT, wasn’t busy at all. No one checked up on us we got up and left. Guy wasn’t been sorry or has ann explanation. Absolutely ridiculous . Will never ever come back. Do not eat here.

As soon as you arrive, you are greeted by a very friendly staff! Laid back, 40’s retro feel with nice music streaming…. Fabulous food and delicious coffee; food was hot until the very end of meal. Chef made her rounds and it was evident how meticulous they are with every menu item! Small and quaint! Get the potato pancakes and homemade applesauce!

We came here on a recommendation from family who came the morning before. The food/service/atmosphere are unparalleled and everybody came back for a second day of breakfast. It’s very apparent that the Head Chef and Staff care deeply about the quality of the food, service, and most importantly, their customers. 10/10 will come here whenever we’re in the area every single time, and we selfishly wish they would come to Buffalo. This is a wonderful little spot. Great seating outside and cozy inside. Service was excellent. The food was delicious. I enjoyed a scrambled eggs, rye toast, spicy home fries and bacon. All of it was tasty especially the spicy home fries. The crumb cake for desert was tasty as well. First time, anyone has offered to heat up the crumb cake. This was a nice touch. I highly recommend this fine establishment and encourage you to try it out for yourself.
