The service is comical. They treat customers like crap and they treat each other even worse. The food is ok but not worth the cost nor the attitude.

First off, I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. For starters, the food is okay and somewhat cold. Never is it hot especially when you dine in. The staff is okay, I mean they’re a bunch of teenagers, what do you expect, this isn’t their forever job until like some staff aka Martin that works there. Martin the wanna manager is rude, obnoxious and hypocritical, especially towards the female staff. I have been an ongoing customer and have witnessed it in serval occasions. This guy needs to get checked before one of the teenagers parents do, the lack of respect this man has towards the female staff is unacceptable. Ed, just needs to retire, on multiple occasions has he forgotten to give me my change back and doesn’t even remember my order. That whole place is a joke, and I honestly feel as the health department should be called on this place. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Love the bagels here! Today I came in for a breakfast sandwich that was perfect. Bacon egg and cheese on a lightly toasted sesame bagel. It’s not a great place to eat in, especially if it’s crowded. However, today, in September, early in the morning, it was perfect.

Cash only!

The owner is a nasty and arrogant person. One day I was in a rush to get to NYC to visit my mother in the hospital. She asked me for a bagel with butter so I went to pick one up for her. I always got my bagels from here. When I got to the hospital after 1 1/2 hr drive, the bagel did not have butter on it. BTW a plain bagel is $1.65 or with butter it is $4.05. Since I go here often for bagels the next day I went to get more bagels and mentioned the issue to the cashier that I had the previous day. She was kind enough to get the owner and his response to me was why didn’t you come back yesterday with the bagel and he could have given me a credit. I explained the situation that I took the bagel to my mother that was 1 1/2 hours away and I just couldn’t come back so I said can you give me the credit today and he said NO. So I left the bagels I was purchasing and walked out. That was very poor customer service. Their markup to add butter to a bagel from $1.65 to $4.05, so $2.40 for the butter which is a big profit margin and I can buy a tub of butter for that price, but I was in a rush to get to the hospital so I just paid the price. Since he was so arrogant and rude I will not be going there any longer.

Amazinggg bagels!! Huge, fluffy, and delicious. My favorites are the egg washed everything, blueberry, and jalapeño cheddar.

Really disappointed last time we went. The bagels are solid but the sandwiches feel thrown together. the cheese wasn’t even melted. We went back in line to ask to remelt the cheese and they did. The service is decent and quick but it’s clearly a bunch of high schoolers working the place (nothing wrong with that but they should know to melt cheese on a hot sandwich! lol.) Chicken salad was good. I do appreciate the hot coffee bar, you don’t see those around often anymore. There are places to sit but awkward if you have a party of more than 2. Bathroom kinda gross.

Bagels are huge and so fresh. I always get the pork roll egg and cheese. It’s a cute old shop.

Best bagels on the Jersey Shore. Sometimes, their service could be a bit better. Walked in today and there was only one person ahead of me taking a while, and 7 people behind the counter, yet nobody else took my order. They were having fun, but just not paying attention. No big deal, and the bagels make up for it, but couldn’t help noticing. Atmosphere is also classic Jersey Shore no frills—love it.

Bagel international best bagels. Worst staff. So poorly managed. Owner is only worried about counting money in front of customers. Girls behind the counter manage patrons like a street gang.
