Quite possibly the rudest woman answering the phone. We decided to go elsewhere after she sounded exasperated when we just called to confirm if lanes were open. Can’t imagine what it would be like in person. Ridiculous.

Old lady at the front desk on Thursday night had the a serious attitude problem. We had a group of 5 adults for our friend’s birthday (which she could’ve cared absolutely less about and she rolled her eyes when we mentioned it to her.) My husband turned to me to ask how many lanes we should get and she chimed in, “Only I get to decide that.” as a matter of factly. She repeatedly told us we should “just buy our own shoes” online. I told her I should look on Facebook marketplace for them, to which she replied, “You’ve paid $25 for worse things.” Um okay? Finally when we asked what lanes we were on, she looked over her glasses and only pointed above to Lanes 15-16 and said “Look.” I’m sorry for this lady and the circumstances in life that made her so bitter and angry at the world. 0/10

Not the best experience today. The guy claimed he was saving us money but it ended up costing us more (asked to pay for two hours and he said he’d save us money by just paying per game). WRONG MOVE. Our lane was also broken as the pins were not reflective of what we actually were throwing. Not impressed with the overall experience for what the cost was.
Horrible place. Came here at 10:00 and the soggy old man at the front desk said we could only play one game. Very unprofessional place and would not recommend. I’d recommend going to shore lanes instead.

Came here for a fun time, my friend went to use the bathroom and got sprayed with dirty toilet water. When he said something to staff they said to wash his mouth and we got a gift card. No apologies. We have been a loyal costumer for years this is not okay. The lady at the front was rude when the problem was addressed and had to argue with manager to get another gift card. I will not be returning after the way we were treating after getting sprayed with dirty toilet water.. staff was unhelpful. I do not recommend coming here after the way the problem was resolved.
