The Tofu Scramble is soooo good. Also loved the vegan French Toast with blueberry compote! There are other vegan options including a chickpea omelet and vegan pancakes and waffles. The barista is lovely and my decaf oatmilk latte was beautiful and tasty. The restaurant has an upscale vibe and is rather loud on a busy Sunday. There was a wait (on a February weekend) to be seated but I’m glad we hung in there.

This is my new favorite place! If you’re looking for a cute little breakfast/lunch spot, definitely pop into Hatch 44 Cafe! The most amazing homemade drinks and food ever, we just HAD to go 2 days in a row! Beth & Taylor are the BEST! Definitely stop in and say hello to them!
Tasia as a server made us feel at home. She had a smile for the entire time we were brunching. I would recommend her to anybody eating at Hatch. Overall great experience.
