We didn't even order yet and I couldn't wait to come back to try other options. There were so many great choices on the menu/specials. Our server Rose was bright cheery, knowledgeable about each dish and helped steer us to make great selections. I started with the chopped salad and my husband had the calamari which he said was the best he ever had. My entree was the Eggplant special over linguine. Absolutely delicious you can taste the homemade sauce with fresh ingredients. It makes such a difference. The husband had the scallop special. What a beautiful presentation. It was served with a lobster squash pure and lentils. It was so different and just yummy. Dessert we shared a warm rich chocolate brownie with globs of fluffy marshmallow and peanut butter ice cream. It was insane! Needless to say I booked another reservation on my way out. I need to try some of their other offerings.

Our 2nd time here and it's absolutely delish. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Best eggplant parmigiana I've ever had and that's saying something. Such a hidden gem here in the jersey shore!! We will certainly be back!

What a little gem to find at the Jersey Shore (Bradley Beach)! This iwas my second visit to the restaurant and it still proves to be as fantastic as the first visit. On my first visit, I ordered off of the specials menu with a lovely shrimp and lobster dish served over black squid ink pasta. Last night, I ordered the Paparella Bolognese entree. I believe that this is the most flavorful bolognese sauce that I've ever experienced. My friend ordered the Chicken Parm and it was amazing as well. Generous portions. The servers were so good and very respectful. The ambiance is quite charming.

Food was exceptional! Chicken Savoy, chicken Milanese, Squid Ink Pasta, artichoke appetizer all well prepared. Portions are big. Desserts to die for. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!

We went to Skratch Kitchen for the second time last night and had an amazing meal and a wonderful experience. The appetizer with clams, chorizo and beans is one of the best appetizers I have ever had and the portion is very generous. The pork special was delicious and large and my wife loved her bolognese sauce with fresh ricotta. We split a brownie with peanut butter- vanilla ice cream and fluff that was decadent but totally worth it. To make matters even more special, there was an issue where another table accidentally took our leftovers and they treated us so well afterwards that it more than made up for an error that was not their own. The hostess seated us earlier than our reservation which was unnecessary but very appreciated, and our waitress was fun, personable, and knowledgeable. We loved every minute of our time there and look forward to going back.
