This place is awesome. The gentleman behind the counter who I assume is the owner is a worker bee! The prices are so fair and the portions are huge. The breakfast potatos are to die for.

The owner was completely rude to me when I called in an order. Wouldn’t listen and called me a liar about one of his workers delivering bagels around corner to my family when I was away.Says he doesn’t deliver now but on web page. I’ve Been going there for 10 yrs and this is how he treats customers. He was aggressive and Even threatened to call police because I called three times as he hung up on me to make the order. Stay away from this place If this is how u get treated. I just called in for bagels!!Manny!!

Owner was unprofessional and told me not to come there anymore after he was in the wrong. Hung up on us 3 times. Totally understand he was under staffed and told him so, I was not rude to him in anyway. If you can't handle the pressure stop taking orders and catch up. Should be thankful he has the business, some places are not so lucky. Will not be back.

The cook is unbelievably fast!! Wonderful service, amazing bagels and I love their wide variety. I have never waited more than 3-4 minutes for my order and that’s incredible. I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes at another bagel place down the street. Organization means everything in the summer time and Bagel Exchange of Brick has it down packed!

Ruined our day and the start of our 12-hour shift.Dont. Ever. Buy. Here.Today my coworkers and I ordered about a half dozen sandwiches through Brick, NJ's Bagel Express Door Dash service. Not one sandwich came to us correctly, and the delivery took over an hour. My everything bagel with eXtra bacon, egg, jalapeños, swiss cheese and salt/pepper/ketchup came to me as an everything bagel with only three pieces of floppy bacon, no jalapeños, no salt/pepper/ketchup, and no cheese at all. I paid $12 to ensure enough for the sandwich, tax, and a good tip for the driver.Will never trust this place, or Door Dash, again.
