I’m a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but unfortunately, my Super Bowl experience was less than stellar. While the staff was incredibly friendly and did their best under pressure, the restaurant was clearly not equipped to handle the volume of take-out and dine-in orders on such a busy day. I totally understand how chaotic these days can be, working in the industry myself, but waiting 50 minutes for wings to arrive during dine-in service is just unacceptable. It's a bit disappointing, especially considering the usually great experience here. Hoping they can improve their operations during peak times moving forward. The problem I have it was same poor performance as last year.

Our waiter vannished for a hour but its chill because mike tyson fight and the place was packed amd everyone was watching tv so its chill. I like the thai curry wings theyre prettu good

Sorta a blah place. Food is ok, atmosphere is sports bar vibe but bland. We all had the worst indigestion the next day, not sure if their oil needed to be changed or something but it was weird. I do have to give a huge compliment to the manager though for being very interactive with the customers and actually doing work and helping his staff where needed instead of just walking around and watching everyone. I wouldn't go again for dinner but for drinks and an appetizer or something with friends would be fine.

I ordered 15 traditional wings and they gave me boneless wings... I didn't realize until I got home... please talk to the people who work in the kitchen to pay more attention to what they are doing.

Me and my boyfriend absolutely adore this place! I had come here after a band competition one time and fell Inlove with the whole place. Ever since my boyfriend takes me for any special occasion just because! There are crazy good deals, and such a friendly staff and atmosphere. We usually have a server whose name is Marisol, we haven’t seen her too much lately but she was absolutely amazing and the main reason we still come back! Such a lovely place, we always recommend and continue to come back!!!

Well, I ordered take out for a house full of guests for the fight. They did not give me my full order. I called and complained so they had me return to pick up missing items—-I should have checked bag because they messed up my order AGAIN!! I then spoke with Beth-Ann and she corrected everything and took good care of me! Wings were great! She was very professional—-ask for her when you go!

Got there was seated by a guy wearing a burgundy top. Got seated and waited for 25 minutes. No greet, no “I’ll be there in a bit,” no server what so ever. Ended up walking out. This is the second time it’s happened. Was once served the food and ready to pay but Waited 20 minutes for the check, turned out our server was at the bar talking to two guys who had walked in.

Bar no bartender sat for 10 minutes surrounded by dirty place settings left on bar with customers already gone like the bartender NOPE NO WAY NEVER AGAIN I felt like Chuckie
