I went through the drive-thru and had a good experience. Both employees I spoke with were genuinely so nice and friendly. It’s always refreshing when someone takes that extra second to be pleasant, they definitely made the experience better. My boyfriend and I hadn't had White Castle in years and wanted to revisit. We will say, in the brief time we spent in the drive thru, the employees were respectful, helpful, and friendly; they did not seem miserable and seemed happy to be there, which was refreshing.
