Recognition for Jake & Samantha
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Jake and Samantha for the incredible job they did today. They were dealing with an overwhelming volume of orders along with nonstop DoorDash and Uber drivers, many of whom were frustrated, impatient, and unfortunately taking that frustration out on the staff.

At Taco Bell, mobile orders may experience longer wait times compared to in-store kiosk orders during busy periods. Despite this, the drive-thru staff provide excellent service, even offering water for pets. The food is impressively fresh, hot, and delicious, making it worth the wait. This location stands out for offering a great tasting Taco Bell experience that keeps customers coming back for more.
The cashier, although initially struggled to understand the customer's accent, was able to provide the desired delicious food. Customers have enjoyed the fantastic and fantastic food, including French fries. While the ordering process through a computer was a bit unusual at first, the staff was able to correct any issues with the order. The quesadillas, although not perfectly cut, were still enjoyed by the customers. A particular employee with blondish hair was praised for his excellent customer service and for making the customers laugh.
