I'm not sure why I continue to give this location a shot. It's conveniently placed on my route home from work everyday but I will deliberately go out of my way to hit a different location because this one is so terrible. I have never had an order at this location done correctly. Went to order food on a Saturday night after waiting in line with multiple cars. Once you reach the drive thru speaker we are told that they close at midnight now, after the automated greeting. It’s not updated on google or BK app, restaurants lights, sign, drive thru are still on, and BK app still accepting orders. In my option this unprofessional. tonight I was in the store listening to a tall blonde woman who looked like the manager, give a hefty attitude towards basically everyone else there. 7:15 pm on a Friday night and it’s not too busy. she needs a major attitude check because the way she was treating those employees is horrible.
