Beyond upset, I went here a hour before closing and spend $30 worth of food for the whole order to be wrong when I was the only customer in the drive thru, I ordered 3 burritos 2 Crunchwraps, I did not receive any of the 2 crunch wraps I paid for and received 2 of the 3 burritos I bought and on top of it instead of Crunchwraps I was given two orders of nachos ?

I was door dashing late at night on a Wednesday, and a big supply truck was blocking the drive-through. I COULDN'T PICK UP MY ORDER!! I HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER BECAUSE OF THEM! I get they had to drop off supplies but this is straight up unacceptable! There was plenty of other spots they could have parked. BUT NOOO THEY HAD TO PARK IN THE WORST SPOT POSSIBLE! Absolutely inconsiderate!

Tried getting their breakfast. Bacon is extremely undercooked with no way of cooking it more, and they don't even offer ketchup with a bacon egg and cheese. They are peeing in the wind trying to compete with breakfast

Dosent seem like the night crew cares about their jobs they could even get the orders right, smelt like pot up in there, took them 10 minutes to provide me with my door dash order then proceeded to give me all the wrong food for the order. Poor training and poor leadership in the work place the manager couldn't even do their job did not look like he knew what he was doing.

Wow!!! This is most likely the best tasting Taco Bell food I've had in a long time at this location. My food was fresh (I knew it from the scolding hot nacho cheese dip), hot , and surprisingly very tasty!! The drive thru and the online ordering service was a bit long and flawed, but boy did the food make up for it! I will most definitely come back here on a regular basis and recommend other taco bell lovers to visit this specific location for an enjoyable eating experience.

Everytime I order from this store they do not provide the requested sauce. It doesnt matter if you ask for 1 sauce or 50 sauces. They never provide the sauce. The sauce is on the recipet but it is NEVER with the food. Ive been a fan of TB since when I was a little kid. The sauce is just as much a part of the food as the food itself. If you order a cheese steak and they dont give you the steak, what the h are you even ordering for? You sandbaggin SoB's just drop the ball at every turn. Just give me what I ordered for cryin out loud. Do better.

It’s decent for a quick bite. I am a vegetarian so I replace all the meat with beans. They put a very disappointing amount of beans and stuff on your taco when you don’t eat meat. Still taste good but would be nice to see a meatless loaded taco. Online ordering makes it cheaper and easier in my opinion. Also if you are a vegetarian using the app makes it so much simpler then trying to explain and eliminate through the window.

I order the same items each visit and I can tell you 100% Freehold and Toms River locations are way better in terms of the food quality. I went at dinner time and the burrito just tasted stale, cold and soggy. Chalupa and hard taco were OK, but not that fresh. Just wasn't a good overall experience. Won't be returning to this location again.
