Valentine’s Day 2024 is in the books! This was my wife and I’s 12th year in a row spending V-day at the castle and the second for our daughter. Just wanted to give special thanks to Jordan and the rest of the staff working the event this year. During the dinner rush it felt like the walls were gonna come down in that place but they managed to keep the whole show going and from what I saw, everyone left happy.

Dining at White Castle on Valentine's Day was an awesome experience. We always wanted to try it on the holiday and we are glad we did. The restaurant was decorated beautifully for Valentine's Day and the young man in charge did an outstanding job as did the staff. So much fun.

Very sloppy burgers tonight. Look like they were thrown together. Ketchup on everything inside the bag including the napkins and some kind of advertising. Very messy.

You guys don't use clean oil in your fryers. Or aren't filtering or managing it properly. It's apparent from the taste of everything. For $34 per fryer your food could have a much better taste but it's clear the oil is old. Every fried item has that bitter old oil taste.
First time having breakfast at white Castle. Was not a fan of the sausage. But this is my opinion. Everything was hot and fresh. Felt like I was in the drive thru forever, but I expect that.

I don't know where this is going to go or if White Castle even cares but it's been three days in a row with terrible service. I'm not one to complain about anything but this place is absolutely unreal. I was in line forever waiting fast food is not a way to call this hell hole. I'm glad they opened as a local but seriously this is t worth the time of day to go to. They always mess the order up and it takes a half hour to get it. For those numbers I'll go elsewhere. Close this one down I'd rather drive a half hour then wait a half hour at the window.
