“My husband and I started researching wedding venues in January 2025 and stumbled upon The Mill. We had never attended a wedding there but had heard positive reviews from others who had been there before. They were responsive and flexible with our schedule to come and tour the venue. We met Racquel, who answered our many questions and we left the tour being so impressed with the beauty, warmth, and all that’s included when you elect The Mill for your wedding venue. We booked shortly after and from that point forward, The Mill was first-class treatment all the way. The cake and food tastings were incredible. Our parents joined us at the food tasting and we left stuffed and excited for our options! In weeks leading up to the wedding, our coordinator changed to Mya, who was quickly in touch with us and caught up on all the details surrounding our wedding. On our wedding day, Angela was my bridal attendant who was with me every step of the way throughout the day. She bustled my dress and even helped me change my shoes from heels to sneakers! Tyler was our maitre'd and kept all of us on track and organized through the entire day. We had three young flower girls in our wedding party- even they were taken care of by everyone from the kitchen to the event staff. We cannot say enough positive things about our entire day- and our guests are still raving about the food six weeks later! She also connected us with Chrissy, who helped pass the delicious hors d’oeuvres, serve the entrees, and clean up. Chrissy was extremely pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond. “I made a bar mitzvah with him the nicest guy in the world customer service number one I by mistake told him the wrong date a week difference I don't know what happened he got ready he made all the food one day before you call me just to make sure everything is fine and I explained to him that it's a week later he did not get mad he told me things happen and it was okay I do business with a lot of people in Lakewood and New York he is one of the most amazing people out there have a guarding the food most people don't understand food he has amazing food we use the party planner that was amazing together this is most beautiful bar mitzvah we ever did and yes the best caterer and the best food out there must-try is beef jerkyBest poppers. The difference between him and I think most of the caterers is that he makes the food fresh and we are half and half my wife is Syrian I am an American and he mixed the food kinds of food that 4 amazing it's worth paying a little more money to getting delicious food“

“o As my husband and I sat down to figure out our caterer for our June wedding at Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve in New Hope, we knew it was probably going to be the hardest task on our list to accomplish. It had to be just right. I’ve worked in the restaurant/events/hospitality industry for over 15 years and have worked with lots of different chefs and eaten lots of different foods. My entire family and I love to cook and love to entertain, and lots of guests of our wedding are in the industry too.We chose Fork in the Road for their flexibility, amazing ideas, and mouth-watering sounding menu. While we were super psyched about what we chose, FITR far exceeded our expectations and made our wedding even better than we had imagined it could ever be. The truck is not just grilled cheese and fried foods (although they make delicious sandwiches and other amazing bites too!). Truly, Scott is incredible. He worked with us to create our dream menu, and the result was drool-worthy perfection.We did a regular cocktail hour with butlered hors d’oeuvres, a family-style dinner service, and butlered mini deserts. From the mini lobster rolls to the truffle parm fries, the apple-cider mustard BBQ braised short ribs to the duck confit – every single thing Scott came up with or we asked for was spectacular. Everything was full of flavor and executed so well - and all out of food truck and cook trailer!Scott’s team of chefs, his hired waitstaff, his family – everyone was awesome. Our friends and family are still raving about everything. Endless repeat comments of not just the best food they've had at a wedding, but some of the best food they've had, EVER. For appetizers we had focaccia, stuffed mushrooms, antipasto, rice balls with side of sauce. For dinner we had sausage and peppers, chicken francese, penne vodka, cavatelli with broccoli, roasted potatoes with balsamic drizzle. Would definitely recommend Capricci for a private party.“
