I would give zero stars if I could. I have came to this location multiple multiple times, and no matter what day it is. The last two hours the business is open. So from 7 pm to 9pm They always say they are out of items because they do not want to make them or because they turn the ovens off too early to clean them. There’s absolutely no reason I can’t get my daughter a pack of hashbrowns at 7:30 at night when they close at 9. And the staff is all extremely extremely rude. I even asked them the one time for them to give me a minute I was figuring out my order, I explained no one was waiting behind me, and I was figuring out what I was ordering. The staff Completely disregarded what I said, and just kept repeating themselves CAN I HELP YOUUUUU extremely nasty. This location should be shut down or new management needs to take over

Feel rushed at the drive thru every single time I come in. Day time woman worker likes to argue when she misinterprets something. The general manager implies putting change into giant size tip jar right at window instead of handing the change back to the customer and letting the customer make the decision whether or not to tip. Tipping at this dunkin is mandatory at this fast food establishment or you will not get good service.And they will talk trash in their native language if you do not tip

After this morning I will never go back to this Dunkin. They are beyond rude, they jam a giant tip jar in your face at the drive through window . As I tried to order my breakfast this morning they had a short temper, where beyond rude . As I went to the window they proceeded to yell and use curse words in another language.
DO NOT GO here. There are better Dunkin’ doughnuts in the area who deserve your money and have way better customer service

I have been coming to this place for years and recently the people that they hired especially the girl who works in the morning is absolutely terrible rude and off-putting I have to drive all the way to Lakewood now to get Dunkin Donuts just to avoid her if management reads this fire this woman immediately
