Went there after work to get an iced chai latte and munchkins and when I went to open the box of munchkins it looked they were straight up bitten into and some were crumbled into pieces. Are you serious? And my $6 drink wasn’t even full to the top….. y’all need to get it together. Next time I come there I’m talking to the manager. What a disgrace.

DONT USE CASH HERE!! Most of the staff good. Older guy with glasses that works the drive through will steal your change. Doesn't offer your change. And when you ask for your change he says no and points to the jar. Or straight up ignores you and puts it in tip jar. First few times it was a few cents and I didn't care. More recently it'll be 70-90 cents.

Just like most Dunkin’s in the area, management and service sucks. You’ll get stuck there waiting and watching orders go out while yours is overlooked. They never try to correct poor service and make things right. Granted, like most other Dunkin’s, they just don’t care because they know they have the brand behind them. To bad.

Stopped here for the normal I get at order Dunkin’s and got half dozen donuts and they wouldn’t give me French crullers with them I said I get them at all the he other what are you talking about. And they rufused too give them too me until I said I don’t want none of the order. Very rude miserable people

Went into purchase a $16 dunkin' donuts metal cup first person didn't understand anything I was saying I had to wait for the person on the drive-thru to finish with four other customers in a row before asking again and then the lady who spoke no English asked the other employee who spoke partially English to help the señor waiting when finally he came to help I asked the gentleman if he had the cup in stock he said I don't think so not anymore wouldn't even check horrible service

This Dunkin is on my daily route, so I've been there many times. The staff is mostly friendly until you have an issue. The friendliness went south fast. It was VERY disappointing. I'm in retail so I understand customer service. This staff and managers need a service update. I'll be going to another Dunkin until then.
