I go here every Wednesday and order the same thing, and I really enjoy what I order. That is not in dispute at all. That said, there are elements of my order that are sometimes wrong. I don't make a big deal and enjoy it anyway. What I don't enjoy is the unpleasant man that sometimes (recently, every time) that takes the order. When you have a service business, at the very least the employee at your counter needs to be pleasant. It literally makes me reconsider going here to avoid...read full review

I discovered Joe's bagels about a year ago and since then I'm in there once a week.. out of all the franchises and businesses in the Ocean county area they are the most consistent. The food is excellent.. literally never had a bad thing there.. Even the customer service is excellent!! Highly

I've been going in here since Travis first opened and no matter what I order from bagles, to wraps, to burgers the food is always on point and the staff is always great even when I just come in to grab ice.
