Lo's Garden Chinese & Japanese Restaurant

I grew up in NYCs Chinatown.
This is my go to. It's everything I remebet about Chinatown.
So happy I found them.
Now if I can get my hands on some baked roast pork buns...

We placed a take-out order for a small order of spare ribs on the bone, and specifically asked for them to be fresh and juicy because we’ve had them there before and they were overcooked and very dry. We also ordered spring rolls.

When we opened our order at home, we found two plump juicy ribs, and two skimpy dried out ribs with hardly any meat on them. The spring rolls weren’t much bigger than a tootsie roll!!! Their prices are going up regularly! Their portions are getting smaller, and the quality is very inconsistent.

Add to that, the entrance to the restaurant is very dirty!

Good food but terrible customer relations. Got takeout. Received and was charged for a a wrong item and never received the item we ordered. Drive 8 miles to pick this up. Tried to call for two hours. Always busy signal until I finally got through and they took no responsibility. No refund no credit UNACCEPTABLE

Incredible sushi rolls, highly recommend yellowfin or spicy lobster. Sashimi and appetizers also very good. 10/10 spot

Lo's is very good, and the ambiance is nice inside. One of the few sit down Chinese restaurants around.

Revised- sad to say, the Lo's has gone down in quality. When several orders over a few months were deficient in quality and care, it was brought to staff members attention. The response was none. They couldn't care less. Too bad, all things must pass.

Very good food.

Went there on a friday night, got there around 9:10 pm and it said they closed at 11 pm both online and on the sign in the window. The workers did not want to seat my party of 2 and kept repeating that they closed at 10. They asked if we wanted to do take out instead, we ended up leaving and going someplace else.

This place cooked a cockroach into my food and the service takes way too long. I will never come back to this place

Great deal on Sushi and it's very fresh. More of a take out atmosphere but food is delicious.
