They cancel mobile orders everytime you try to order ahead. And when you go to the drive thru they make you pull up and wait 20+ minutes every single time. Just to get cold food.

Bought a whole meal. Ask manager for a bbq because I special order and don’t get sauce on my burgers because I’m a bbq kinda person and he has to charge me even though I bought a meal! Greed.

TWICE IN A ROW!!!! I order here at least 3 times a week, same order.. 20 pc, medium fry and HONEY.. Twice in a row I asked for extra honey (THEY'RE SHALLOW, 20 NUGGETS & ONLY ALLOWED 3!), was told no, not without an additional charge, got home and had five honey mustards and zero honey!!! TWICE!!! And I've tried to go through the app and make a complaint and conveniently it keeps sending me to an error page every time I fill it out, do freaking better! You act like you're paying for it yourself!! Why would you give me 5 deep honey mustards that I didn't ask for but yet you'll only give me 3 honeys and that's when you can get it right! The 2 stars is specifically for the usual food quality or id have given none..

I went though the drive thru at 11am on sat 4th, 2025. The food came out extremely well and the customer service of the women working was excellent, even when dealing with a long line of people. I hope the employees are praised for their hard work.

A McDonald's like any other! It's as McDonald's as a McDonald's can be. An Ol' Reliable, so to speak. No play place (which most don't have anymore and that just sucks) but the staff is mostly amazing! There are 4 or 5 people insee working regularly, titles and names unknown, and they seem to actually give a damn about the place! There are a few youngsters that have an attitude as big as the states themselves but what can you expect from a high school kid 🤷♀️ can't say much about the food except that it tastes just like McDonald's food does so I guess that's good. Overall, I do like my local McDonald's and always seem to stop here even if I pass one heading home and have to drive past my house to reach it!
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly because what kid doesn't like McDonald's! No play place though ☹️

Will never go there again! On 10/14 I ordered a lg coffee from the drive thru. It seemed to take forever. We looked and saw the employee chatting away. She finally handed the coffee over except the lid was on correctly. As she gives the cup, it spills all over my hand and all over the car! HOT COFFEE! She just looks and says nothing. Absolutely nothing. My hand was very red, burning and my car, all wet. I asked to see a manager. She wasn't happy. She starts speaking in her native tongue about my sister and I. She didn't know we understood. The manager "Liliana" comes to the window asking what we needed. When I said what happened and showed her my hand and the stained car, she replied with, so, do you want a refund or a new coffee? WHO HIRES THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE?! I then said, furthermore, I know you know because there are cameras everywhere and she was talking about us and we understood! Her eyes got big like saucers and she just said, soddy, soddy. I called cs several times! Each time being told owner or manager would contact me. ALL MESSAGES IGNORED BY FRANCHISEE OWNER. YET, I was told the owner called me and rectified problem. NOBODY EVER CALLED, THEY LIED! LIED! I then contacted BBB. They reached out to location twice and both times, franchisee owner, ignored and blew it off. Had to get my car cleaned. Will NEVER return there and will tell everyone i speak to and let them know what happened and how I was treated.
