We had a wonderful experience tasting the wine and food, with each pairing being delicious and enjoyable. Out sever Vicky was excellent and knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Attended the four course wine/dinner pairing. The dishes were all seafood based. Everything was delicious! I even enjoyed the salmon entree. Normally I would never order salmon out. It was much better than expected. The wines were Pinot grigio with the appetizer, Chardonnay with the salad. Cabernet with the salmon-which I thought going in it was an odd choice, but it was a great match-who knew! The desert was dark chocolate/cherry combination with Coppola's Claret.
