Absolute terrible service. Waiting 35 mins to find out that all the flavors we wanted were not available. They did not take the boards down. Service was beyond slow. A large like of people and only one serving with people inside just talking.
We shall be using different ritas from now on.
Thank you so much. Monday September 13. I was driving by and a friend ( battling Cancer) had said how good root beer ice was. I asked at the counter and a very nice young woman said I just but the last in a cup in the freezer. I know she probably wanted it. But she gave it to me. Thank you so much. In haste I did not tip. I drive by I’ll be back Thank you so much.

My mother and I visited this Rita's location last night and were very disappointed with the service we received from the same employee for the second visit in a row. Last night's ordeal consisted of the employee who waited on my mother having a very unpleasant and/or annoyed look on her face the entire time we were being waited on.
