My husband and I started going to Sentosa's about 21 years ago and went there often up until we moved out of the area about 10 years ago. I miss them as it was always a nice experience to eat there. We ordered take outs many times as well. The couple who own it are two of the nicest people ever and they would go out of their way to make sure we were pleased. I highly recommend Sentosa's to everyone who favors Chinese food. Hats off to Mai and Kevin and the rest of their family.

One of the all time best vegetarian Chinese food spots. Classic and delicious. Have taken people from literally all over the world here when they’ve visited Brick, NJ. The entire menu (including non veg) is excellent. A special place.

Sentosa is my new go-to spot for Chinese food. After tonight's meal, I can confidently say that this was the best General Tso's chicken I have ever had. It was abundantly crispy, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweet and spicy. Cooked to utter perfection, it left me speechless. The consistency in their food quality should also be noted. Unlike other Chinese restaurants, Sentosa's food is never soggy or bland, even if you get takeaway. The portion sizes are generous, and everything tastes delightfully fresh. Sentosa excels not just in flavor, but in execution. From portion sizes to pricing, they understand value—a crucial aspect of customer retention. I implore you to give them a try. I’ve been going to Sentosa whenever I’ve been in the area for over 20 years. The food hasn’t really changed, but they have great vegan options. I usually get the sesame veggie chicken and the vegan moo shu pancakes. Both great!

Lots of vegan/veg options, with an entire veg menu.
This isn't haute Chinese. This is Americanized deep-fried & caramelized Chinese. So good!

Our usual place was closed. We gave to Sentosa another shot as we use to go there years ago. Big mistake! Absolutely disgusting.There general tso was not even recognizable by taste. The lo mein was just a salty sloppy mess. Threw it all away.
