Just a great place to go for a burger and more. Kiosk was easy to use. A warm greeting upon arrival...and most of all the food was hot and delicious!
We got the chicken sandwiches. They were fresh and delicious. Fries are crispy and not greasy. Onion rings are amazing. Definitely coming back.
Shake Shack fried chicken sandwich is the best!

Shake Shack Brick is a popular fast food restaurant known for its clean environment, friendly staff, and consistently delicious food. Customers often praise the attentive and helpful service, with staff going out of their way to assist, offer drinks, or provide small gestures like coloring pages for children. Despite being a fast food place with a simple atmosphere, the place is always kept very clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The menu features favorites like the double cheeseburger, which many consider the best they have had, juicy and well-prepared. The SmokeShack burger also receives high praise for being the best and biggest, with some customers suggesting the cooks deserve raises for their excellent work.
Pricing is a common concern, with some finding the meals a bit expensive for what is offered, especially without meal deals or additional options like grilled onions. Fries are often described as crinkle cut and somewhat boring, but the food quality remains consistent. Customer experiences also highlight great management, especially when issues arise, with managers offering gift cards and handling complaints well. Overall, Shake Shack Brick is appreciated for its tasty food, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service, making it a place customers want to return to.
