The food is amazing and delicious. We've eaten here many times, and have ordered for pickup several times. This was our first time ordering online for delivery, though. We set a delivery time for when our guests would be here, but they delivered 25 minutes early, so the food got cold. Please make sure you check times before preparing and sending a delivery.

I placed an order through DoorDash for half a chicken with chaufa rice and potatoes. When the order arrived, I was missing the rice, I called to get some solution, according to them they didn't have my order and they weren't going to do anything, the lady who answered me was rude and cut off my call, I don't think there is another supermarket chicken, and it wouldn't hurt them to know how to manage their online orders.

Or at least improve the way you serve and provide solutions to your clients.

First time trying this place. Food was very good and flavorful, portions were large. We did take out. Will definitely order again.

I go in to pick up an order wait for 15 min and try to ask for an update and get 2 employees during there back on me. A 3rd employee comes in and barely speaks English and I tell him about just needing an update. He says nothing I thank him for the poor customer service. He thrugd his shoulders and walks away. I'd rate this lower if could.

You get what you expect. Ordered 1/2 chicken with rice and beans. It was perfect. Beans were delicious, chicken was juicy. With an Ice cold Pilsner. Yum.

So we went here tonight on the recommendation of our neighbor both my wife and I had the half of rotisserie chicken. She had the rice and beans side and I had the fried plantains. This was an excellent excellent meal. The inside is clean and pleasant and kind of cool place, the service was fantastic and actually the owner Jose was our server who is one heck of a nice young guy. I would highly recommend trying this place out. The food is great. It's family owned and we all know how tough it is for a small business to strive, give it a shot folks.

Bad service, they brought me raw chicken and I told the waiter that the chicken was raw and he didn't want to change it. The lemonade was just water and I told him to change it and he didn't want to change it either. I don't recommend it.

Very good food and overall experience. The only thing is that there was only one waiter and the poor man couldn't cope with everything he had to do.
