Friendly efficient staff quick with food and drink delivery and refills. Margarita pie is amazing and the meatball appetizer was outstanding. Bar is a nice surprise as well. Highly recommend.

I'm sorry to say that this was the worst meal I've ever had anywhere. I'm not sure how they are known for wings but ours were so greasy I needed several napkins to clean my fingers. The pizza was under cooked mushy dough, not sure how that happens. Crunchy pasta with a piece of salmon that looked like pizza dough. The garlic flatbread was good but trust me to spite my friend playing there on Saturdays, I'll never be back. Go anywhere else but there, really terrible!

OUR SERVER WAS DANNI WHO SPACED OUR COURSES PERFECTLY. WE STARTED WITH THEIR FAMOUS COAL WINGS, FOLLOWED BY A SMAL SALAD , AND OUR LAST ENTREES WERE FOR ME THE UGH BURGER WHILE MY HUSBAND HAD A PERSONAL PIZZA . THE WINE WAS HALF PRICE ON A TUES - ALSO THE WINGS WERE AS WELL . A VERY ENJOYABLE EVENING -

Stopped in (my first time here) for a mid-afternoon lunch while waiting out a repair. The lunch panini/soup and domestic draft special came out to under $18 (cash tip extra). Both the sandwich and the soup were served very hot (which happens a lot less than it should). Soup was home made, and overall the food was much better than Applebees, only 1.5 mi away. Amber was a very polite, attentive server. I will be back soon.

The food and the restaurant are really really good! I have eaten here many times and had take out several times as well. The food is consistently good and they even have some gluten free options. Unfortunately, As with many restaurants today, they rely on third party delivery companies. The third party delivery company decided to leave my pizza outside in twenty degrees weather after I paid a seventeen dollar surcharge and a twenty percent tip. $54 for ice cold pizza and cold wings the day of my surgery. I spoke to management. She was very apologetic and Turned my experience around by sending me future vouchers. I look forward to going back and really appreciate management understanding of my frustration. I recommend urban coal house to everyone! Today at 3:30 in the afternoon I went here to place a take-out order. I was greeted by the hostess, who gave me the menu. The place was very empty. I walked 5 feet and sat at the empty bar with the menu to look at it. Immediately, I heard the hostess say if you’re not going to have a drink you need to stand here. Indicating the hostess stand. She was with a couple waiting to be seated. I was shocked and embarrassed so naturally I just left the place. Maybe I would have wanted a drink? Since I would have had to wait for my food once I ordered it? It was more than just her tone. It felt so beyond unwelcoming. Was she just worried that the bartender would get a tip and she wouldn’t? Because I am 68 year old woman so she thinks she can make me stand? The place had empty seats all over. I just don’t understand the lack of basic decency.

The problem is they clean with a very strong smell of Fabuloso cleaner and I am highly allergic to it. They clean the table with a spray bottle full of it, right next to you while you’re trying to eat and the smell over takes you making it impossible to taste your food with the fumes. Horrible.
