Never use the drive thru . Always stale left over cold food that should have been discarded hours ago . Not to mention , that you have to check your order because there have been a few times it was shorted . They take your order and make you pay and often time tell you to pull to the side and wait for your order which is not worth the wait . I also wonder what happened to such things as courtesy ? Not even a Thank you. Way over priced

The person working the drive through window on 10/2 around 5:45pm needs some training on politeness. They gave us the wrong order which isn’t the first time at this location and just couldn’t care less about it. Perhaps this person shouldn’t be customer facing.

We spent 90 dollars on Wednesday meals for our kids they forgot two meals and a kids meal when my husband drove back the worker Nancy was extremely nasty and rude I could here yelling at my husband over the phone stating she didn’t get the order wrong when in fact she did she extremely rude and unprofessionalism we will not go back here Nancy needs a new job because clearly she struggles in customer service

We normally go to Wendy's. When my wife is at Walmart going shopping. It's right in the same parking lot. So I like the Wendy's double baconator a double quarter pounder, baconator with fries in a Coke, I love it.

their staff are friendly, mobile ordering on the app is quick. sometimes they forget the sauces or their food can be dry. but overall their chicken nuggets, burgers and coffee are good.

I just ordered a large chili to be picked up at the drive-thru and paid an extra 60 cents for cheese. Never again at this Wendy's. They didn't fill the container, and there was hardly any cheese. At first I thought they didn't put cheese on it. I went into the store to question because I was amazed at how little little chili there was and it looked like no cheese only to be told that is how we do it. Definitely not worth almost $5.

Just went to Wendy's on my Lunch and witness Dez the manager twice go outside to serve cats their food. She then came back in and went straight to fries. No hand washing or nothing. Then get hair is all swinging over the Fries. She keep wiping her hands on her hands as if that's sanitary. Never going back. The cashier must be racist cause the girl before me a worker he gave her a discount then gave her change in her hand. Then I'm next he decided to put it on the counter.... But I gave you my money in your hand. The disrespect. Today was my last day there. I Look forward to calling Corp. About the unsanitary supervisor. Wendy's in Brick NJ near Walmart. Watch them
