I ordered a burger and asked for it medium rare. My dinner appeared a minute and a half later which meant the burgers were precooked. It was so well done I could have used it as a frisbee.

Great taylor ham, egg and cheese sandwich as well as pancakes. Fast service
Went for Easter brunch. It was crowded, but manageable. The service was excellent. Great options for the meal including 2 specials menus. Like most diners, you won't go away hungry. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Specials were creative. Amazing seafood choices. Best diner in the area and renovated about a year ago, so very nice dining area.

Don't come here as often as we should. Always forget about it because it's in the middle of RT 22, and no matter what time it is, it's always so busy. Yesterday was one of those quiet Sunday's and we didn't know where we would end up after mass. We said if we pull in and get a parking space we'd give it a go. So there we were. As usual, outside and inside was decorated for the season, Easter this time of year. We were sat right away, which I was surprised at because of the amount of cars in the lot, and the people waiting, but we were a party of 2. The menu is extensive and I always find when this is the case, hard to decide. While deciding I had a glass of their freshly squeezed OJ - so delicious. I had a BLT with avocado and my friend had an omelette and home fries. Both were delicious. Our waitress was lovely and the busser's were on top of things. All in all was a great experience.

Bridgewater Diner is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at for a good breakfast, lunch, or a late-night trip. Its location is in the middle of Bridgewater right off of 22 which makes it extremely easy to get to at any time of the day. I have been going there for the past 10 years with my family. Whether we are dining in or getting takeout the service has been great. The staff is super attentive to any of our needs. After going there for several years with family and friends the Bridgewater Diner and its staff have begun to feel like a second home. My favorite dish from Bridgewater Diner is the chocolate chip pancakes and two scrambled eggs. Overall I would recommend Bridgewater Diner to anyone trying to get a great meal and wonderful service.

Bridgewater Diner is the real deal. If you're looking for a quintessential New Jersey diner experience, this place hits all the right notes. The food is exactly what you crave: delicious diner classics. From fluffy buttermilk pancakes to perfectly cooked burgers, everything is fresh and satisfying. But the diner isn't just about the food (though that's definitely a star!). The staff here are fantastic. They're friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. And of course, the atmosphere is pure New Jersey diner. It's got that classic charm that makes you feel right at home.Overall, Bridgewater Diner is a solid 5-star choice. Great food, friendly service, and a classic NJ vibe – what more could you ask for?Parking: The restaurant is located in the middle of route 22, so it can be easily accessed from either direction. The lot is plenty big enough to accommodate everyone.
