4 (Originally 5 stars now 2)Waited 40 mins for online lunch pickup!! Should've just went in line as that was cruising smoothly. All the takeout manager said was sorry we really busy today with large orders. Now, heading back to work with only 5 mins to eat. Will have to think about lunch elsewhere if this keeps up. Food was okay but rushly made so wasn't as full and nicely assembled.Fresh , healthy Mediterranean fast food. Prices are reasonable. Use their app to get reward points

First time trying Cava and was very excited. I placed an order for pick up and by the time I got home, I realized it was missing all the sauces I requested to have on the side. This really disappointed and infuriated me. I feel i didn’t get to enjoy the total experience of what Cava offers. Cava is far from me so I had to take time to come try it at the Bridgewater location. I couldn’t enjoy my food with the sauces they forgot to give me.

Everything about this experience sucked! I did not get what I ordered. they substituted it and then wrote a note about something free. nothing was free!! I have dietary restrictions, so I couldn't eat what was substituted. it was disgusting- a ton of sour cream and dill and c***** vegetables with a pita... waste of $50 I would never come back. I Was really extremely disappointed., it was disgusting and it tasted gross and again it wasn't what I ordered !!! they could have called or text to see what I would like to have substituted.I do not recommend this place .Edit: My boyfriend ate that sandwich and there were olive pits in it and he hurt his tooth!!Dietary restrictions: They substituted what I ordered with something else included a note saying they run out I have dietary restrictions and allergies this was a real disappointing experience for me and a waste of $50

I watched the server open a bag of arugula. She started looking inside and grabbing and throwing away the stuff that was rotten. Then she dumped the rest of it in the container to serve customers. So gross! What else are they doing?

I want to highlight Danny for handling an issue in the best way possible. I am a manager myself and know how important problem resolution is. After a slight issue with an order, Danny empathized with me and fixed my order. He was kind, understanding, but also firm enough in his explanation that shows that he is extremely well trained and responsible, and above all, a leader. So, thank you Danny!

Food & atmosphere is good. Service not so. They always mess up online orders. They mixed my last order with someone else, with several ingredients missing. When confronted, staff told me that they were out of those ingredients. They are rude & unprofessional. If you like CAVA, order in the line or order from some other cava.Vegetarian options: 3 main options - roasted white sweet potato, falafel & roasted vegetablesParking: Large parking lot behind the restaurant. However finding a spot can be challenging during lunch & dinner hours as there are several restaurants in this shopping center.
I hate that I love the food here because I don't think I have ever gotten my order correct on the first try. They have me trained to double check everything before I leave the store, including opening wraps and inspecting salads.Also, the back entrance of the store has a perpetual high pitched noise and it is awful.
