Had such a good first experience at Cava!! I was a little overwhelmed walking in, but Kim immediately made me feel comfortable. She was really patient, explained the menu clearly, and checked in about spice without making me feel rushed at all. Adriana was also really kind and welcoming. Both of them made such a difference. Friendly, attentive, just genuinely caring. Left feeling taken care of and definitely coming back.
Food was great but the aftermath accomodations need improvements. Youre selling hot harissa for crying out loud! Had to take an upper decky since the lower deck was clogged up. Overall solid experience the cashier gave me a some yogurt dill straight in my mouth with my order and sent me off. Mcdoogalled out.
