Love going to cava. Great food and service is great. Came here with my brother and he was satisfied with his steak bowl. I went on two different occasions and both times it was great. The second time the person put olives in the bowl which I am allergic to and promptly made me a new bowl. Super thankful for that. I never leave Cava hungry.
Luis was incredibly friendly and helpful during my visit. He had a great attitude, made sure my order was right, and provided excellent customer service. Employees like him make the experience much more enjoyable. Thanks, Luis!
HUGE shout out to manager Xavier and team. Xavier and Luana went the extra mile to make sure I had all my extra toppings and the food was made fresh ! Great customer service here . I am very pleased and will be back soon . GOD BLESS ! ;)
