I ordered chicken, but they charged me for the lamb, which is almost $4 more. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I was already home. This is my first time here, so I don’t know if it is an isolated incident or if this is common. But I will not be returning to this location.

Rosa at the East Brunswick location is amazing. She’s always smiling and reminds me that I have an award before it expires. It’s a joy to watch her take extra care of the customers. Never get rid of her and if you can give her a bonus. Please do!!!!! I love CAVA!!!

Hello,
Friday 1/8/2026 I had situation with my online order. I work across from Cava and go there regularly. Today I was there twice for my order which wasn't ready. I found out from Erick who was very nice what I had done wrong. I waited 30 minutes trying to get this order. Finally Erick told me to get my food on him. It was appreciated and he didn't have to do it. It was a kid meal, but the principal of kindness was shown to me from Erick.
