Went to Charley’s today ordered and told them no mushrooms cannot eat them u see no circumstances.
Got home started eating and throat started to tingle. I open the sandwich and it had mushrooms on it.
I told the cashier no mushrooms I told the cook no mushrooms.
I called customer service to speak to a manager, she tells me the options are getting a new sandwich made or points toward a free sandwich. Did not care that I’m saying I’m highly allergic to...read full review
Went to Charleys yesterday and we will never go back there again, the staff was extremely rude and felt it was necessary to be nasty and embarrassing to customers. They don't deserve 1 star, that is to generous!
staffs are not friendly so rude i love Charleys steaks but just cuz of these rude staffs i do not want to eat there. 3/27/18 at 1:30pm the guy at the register was rude and unfriendly.
