“Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Possibly the best customer service I've ever received. The restaurant was clean, the food was great, a movie was playing on the TV. My meal took like 20 seconds to come out. Can't emphasize how great the service was, I was helped by Garrett and he really went above and beyond. Easiest 5 stars of all time.“

“I have been coming here since they opened. The team is so friendly and welcoming! Food is fresh and delicious! Love getting the bowls and quesadillas. Which they customize to my liking:)The way they prepare to the service altogether is what keeps me coming back! My favorite location by far!

“Shout out to the fella who was working the window shift. Dudes customer service was on point, order was correct, and food was great. I know it sounds out of touch to praise food service at times but this place is my go-to Wendy’s now. 10/10 absolutely killing it.“

“My experience with Big Chicken was quite pleasant, when I stepped into the restaurant the scent was very chipotle essence which I personally love. However it also reminded me of the loss of Stickys (the restaurant before Big Chicken). Anyways, the workers were nice and were quick with the food which was lovely. The food was immaculate, I usually don’t lick sauces off my fingers but this time I did. If you ever want something similar to Dave’s Hot Chicken this is the place to go. HOWEVER, the reason why I have 4 stars is because my Zero Sugar Pepsi tasted water down.. Which is fine but it tasted much like ice tea so I was conflicted if this was really zero sugar. But oh well, fries were very crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside and was fairly seasoned. So yes I recommend the place because I will be coming back“
