I walk in to place an order at 9:15, and ask for a couple minutes to see the menu... it really just took me like 20 seconds because I knew what I was getting but just wanted to confirm my meat choice, because I didn't know the name of it at the top of my head. Vietnamese cuisine is an incredible experience, and I must say, this was my first time trying it. The broth was absolutely amazing, and the portions were generous. It was evident that a lot of love and care went into each dish. If you’re a first-time visitor, I highly recommend trying the pho. I’ve been to this place for years. I love the pho here, but in times like this I’m making a stand on not being shrinkflationed to whatever the spring rolls are now. They’re like 95% noodles with a sliver of lettuce and the shrimps have been pressed paper thin.

Pho is still legit and comes with fresh everything keeping this at 3 stars. Avoid the appetizers i guess.
