I enjoyed the mango slush and the pieces of mango fruit inside. Very sweet. The milk tea was average. Even though I ordered regular sugar, it wasn't that sweet. There's some places to sit inside but usually there's a lot of people that there's no spots left. I like how there's a monitor that you can order and pay yourself without lining up to talk to someone to order. Since I have 2 young kids, I like to ask bubble tea places if I can order a large for them to pour it into 2 small...read full review
Drink was delicious. But ordering process was very confusing. Staff didn't seem to want to break their rhythm to help a newbie customer. I figured it out eventually but was very frustrated.Visited another franchise in Shelburne, VT a week later. The experience there was awesome!
