We haven't been to Redstone in a while and just after arriving started wondering why. This is a well run restaurant with a professional staff, great food and a really nice bar area. Our party of five ordered from a strip steak (dinner menu item) to a lunch salad, with a chicken sandwich, Chicken BelAgio, and a steak AuJus sandwich, with varying degrees of satisfaction in their meals. The strip steak person also had French Onion soup, which he found a bit "watery", disappointing since he thinks it is usually the best thing on your menu! The AuJus steak was "tasteless", the chicken sandwich was OK, and the breaded chicken with the BelAgio...
We were greeted as soon as we stepped inside, sat at a nice booth near the bar, our waiter was amazing, great specials, and lots of selections on the regular menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. We will be back.
