What a yummy first encounter with Smokin Chicks at a backyard gathering!!! Having had awesome Carolina BBQ’s, I was cautiously curious about any BBQ in New Jersey and thus quite excited to sample the yummy briskets tacoa and pulled pork sliders by SCGWbbq!!! The meats have a beautiful balance vinegar and sweetness in unexpected ways! This North Carolinian approves and appreciates what fine people of SCG have come up and offer!!!
