Place is always closed even though the schedule on Google Maps says it’s open. I came once around 10 AM and it was closed when they supposed to open at 8AM - and another day I came around 11:00 AM and the barista just said “we are closed”.

It’s the little things. This doesn’t feel like a Starbucks. I came in no one acknowledged me or said hi or smiled like other SB does. The girl was friendly but it wasn’t genuine felt robotic. Didn’t even ask my name ! That’s SB cornerstone (personalization). Didn’t ask if I wanted anything in my drink or recommendations. Not even something as simple as to telling me if I’m going ti use cash or card. It’s not a SB this staff needs a change. The drink was delicious but OG & current SB goers knows how the true experience should be like

It was horrible service, the girl kept talking to her coworkers while taking my order, she gave me the wrong drink because she added vanilla to a matcha I ordered regular and the cup of another of my drinks was full of milk on the outside, she didn't tell me my total or give me my receipt because again she was talking to her coworkers, I don't think it's fair to pay for this service in which there were 4 workers and the place was not full and they still made my order wrong

I got a Caffe latte today. Milk tastes weird, not good. They might've used the milk that had expired already. I never got such a bad experience from any Starbucks. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Starbucks baristas were very entitled and rude. I understand the stress of working under the holidays but the lack of professionalism on their end was ridiculous. There was a misunderstanding with our order and the cashier laughed and then threw our order in the trash. Such a waste of food, and then my mom got upset for having to wait for our new order and they laughed and were ignoring her. When she began to complain they blamed her for messing up the order. Only one of the baristas knew how to deescalate the situation but very embarrassing on their end. If you are going to giggle with your co workers and not take your job seriously then maybe don’t be offended and confrontational towards customers when there is a mixup with orders and they get upset.

"This Starbucks is nice, but I've had a few occasions where they’ve run out of the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. I’ve gone there a few times hoping to get it, only to find it's unavailable."

Incredibly rude team. Everyone speaking loud about EVERYTHING but the customers/orders.

Two orders ahead of me were wrong and I wasn’t even called so my cup was left there for around 8 minutes until I called to realized it was done incorrectly as well.

If they were to talk LESS and do more it would had been different. Tall dude needs to relax on his comments about college specially when their KIDS waiting in line….

KUDOS to the Gentleman that took my order. Poor guy was by himself with the long line while everyone else was just chatting. Not coming back.
