I am a fairly regular takeout customer (have not dined in). Always consistently high quality, good portions and reasonable prices. In my most recent order I discovered at home they had forgotten my salmon sashimi. When I called, they apologized and offered to refund me the cost of that item. I said I don’t want a refund, I want the sashimi that I ordered and paid for. Even though it was a peak Friday evening, and they don’t deliver, they managed to find a waitress...
If you dine in before 6pm then there’s only one server serving all tables. Very slow and she doesn’t pay attention to anything unless your table is right in the direction she’s walking towards.
Amazing sushi! They do sometimes mess up when you order sushi vs sashimi so be on the lookout for that. Otherwise we love going there and have never been disappointed with the food.
