Can't go to Brig without getting a Cappuccino and biscotti from Casale al Mare. They've great selection of italian fine foods and crafts. Pasta, pesto, pumpkin biscottis, and the best espressso on the island hands down! Any time I walked in another place, and asked if they had espressso drinks, another customer joined the conversation and directed me to Casale.
I love small, unique places like this one! All the details inside and outside are beautiful and charming. They have many imported goods that you wouldn't typically find in America. The lady was very nice and made me the most delicious affogato I've ever tried.
A truly authentic gem on the island. From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with warmth by the owner whose friendly and welcoming demeanor makes you feel right at home. She's passionate about bringing genuine Italian flavors to the Jersey Shore, and it absolutely shows in every corner of her shop.
