I probably get Chipotle a couple times a month and I normally use this location. They have a great staff and they are attentive. I sometimes go here and they run out of certain toppings or meats that lead me to have to go somewhere else. I wish that portion sizes were a little bit more when it comes to their protein, I mean we are paying $11 for rice and beans other than the protein

Wow. I ordered a veggie soft taco with rice and beans and guacamole. It was the tiniest taco I've ever had. It was rolled the size of a cigar - I kid you not. No veggies in it, either. Woman at the window was nice. This location obviously needs to work on their food

Vegetarian options: Mexican food in general is very vegetarian and vegan friendly and for a chain Mexican restaurant it still holds true

Just went to chipotle what I usually get is 14 bucks today the girl said 19!!!! I said keep it and walked out

Ordered off the App, got a confirmation number, deducted from my account and they never delivered and erased my order information. Filing a Police Report on Saturday, 7/27/24 if the store does not refund my order!

I’m disappointed. I got a burrito & chips w queso from this location via DoorDash. I received a burrito bowl instead of a burrito and there was hair in my queso.

I was never a fan of Chipotle until the one in brooklawn opened up,I decided to give it another try. With it being new,the food was great and portions were spot on. Overall I enjoy going to this location, my husband and I go maybe 2 to 3 times per week, our last two visits I feel like the service has dipped.i had to ask twice to put more cheese in my bowl because it was literally a sprinkle and once to have more steak put into my bowl as it was maybe less than the spoon scoop. I get the same thing each time I know how it's supposed to be. Again I do like going to the brooklawn location, however the service has declined with the employees caring with how our food is prepared and put together

I went to the one in Brooklawn next to the KFC and I go there a lot now the food is good it’s always I think her name is Tiffany or Tracy she’s really nice she takes her time and her wrapping skills are very well done on the burritos ? she always has a smile and very friendly I can eat it unless she makes it lol thank you

These restaurant chains should not allow men who have beards and long hair, they should require hygiene, the other time I went there and a guy was talking over the food and with his hair and beard very long, that is not good, almost everyone is like that and cleaning maintenance must be followed in place. I give it a single star ? because it asks me to give my opinion but if it were up to me I wouldn't give it. Nothing please use Hygiene....
