Worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. If you enjoy hanging out your car to grab your coffee this is the place to go. The window attendant will open the window and make you reach as far as you can when exchanging payment or food. When i asked what the issue was while having most of my upper body out the window he proceeded to ask what my issue was. If anything walk inside and order. Won’t be coming back either I would recommend the Wawa across the street.

Ordered from them on DoorDash my coffee was the most vile coffee I’ve ever had. I had several people try the coffee and they said it was awful. I had my coworker take it back and they made me a new one. The exact same way. I will never be ordering from this Dunkin again. The worst thing I’ve ever done. And I was only offered 1$ refund

I came into the establishment order a turkey wake up wrap they put bacon in it which I don't eat I told them they took it back only to give me back my same order they just took the bacon out I found that to be real disrespectful .. I could have gotten sick !!

Legitimately the worst Dunkin I've ever had the misfortune of having be my local. It's almost as if they do their best to make every hot menu as Luke warm as humanly possible. Cheese on the sliders today was fresh of the block, not a degree over the fridge to be seen.
We know you use a microwave, you can't possibly be this bad as to mess us using a microwave

Went their & got xlg hot decaf coffee just crm..chgd me 6.06?? Its on my app I will b going back to straightened out. Been goin their 14 yrs..get same thing everytime..except an occasional iced coffee. I always tip..but recently ive been getting mixed coffee? Not all DECAF? ITS MIXED because I have problems drinking reg coffee..i get stomach problems..I can taste and feel the difference asa I drink it. Not happy.

I had their new Whoopie Pie chocolate glazed donut. The creme filling inside the donut is like styrofoam whipped air with no taste. The lady when I drove up to the window, didn't understand my English, I wanted to order a coffee, but didn't understand me. So I drove away.
The lady that works at night has ruined this dunkin for me as well as close family and friends. Multiple people i know will go out of their way to NOT get a beverage made by her. We’ve been coming here since i was a small child, over 30 years. This place has really gone down hill even after their remodel.

Whoever the lady is in the drive thru needs to be monitored. She’s a nice person, but previously messed up on my order and now she messed up on my change. She said she thought I gave her a 2 dollar bill, which was a 20. Do two dollar bills even exist anymore? 🤣 She messed up on my wife’s order as well and I can’t be the only customer that’s having issues in the drive thru so please, get it together.

First time going there. I went at 930 close to closing. I had a feeling the coffee wouldn't be fresh, and I was right. I'm really tired of spending money at dunkin donuts and feeling like I'm throwing my money out of the window. The coffee was weak and tasted old.
