Went in for afternoon lunch with my mother in law. I was getting over an illness, so didn't have much of an appetite.She, however, was craving a good steak.She got the salad bar, sirloin, potatoes, and broccoli. It also came with a couple rolls.I ordered a Chicken Ceasars Salad.She said the steak was cooked perfectly, but there was just a lot of fat on it. She took some home and had better reviews on that part. (Lol)The salad I ordered was great. I could only eat a few bites, though.The waitress was really nice. The diner was clean and playing upbeat music. I always have a good meal here.

Today, 11/17/23 we stopped in the Empire diner with a very large party of adults and kids. The service staff was phenomenal, and the food was terrific. We had many adults and children, and they made it a terrific experience for all of us. We want to thank you all as you did a terrific job. One of the owners even stopped and took pictures for us. We will visit you again thank you.

Would just like to say, that we stopped in this diner today, without notice and a group of 17, after a adoption for celebration, and we were welcomed with open arms, the employees were very nice to us as was the owner, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I would recommend this diner to everyone. Best I ever been to

The waiter we had was rude and she was rushing us to order. This was my first time going but my family has been here before and they said they had great service the first time. I may try again, it may have just been a bad day for the waitress but service
