I was very disappointed w the chicken cheese stake . No sign of cheese...Was supposed to have 2 kinds of peppers on it ....only noted a few. I had Stopped getting 🥪 from y'all several years ago for the same reason Then it was the Italian Cheese stake...No sign of Provolone or 🍄 mushrooms I ordered to go On it I ONLY ordered from you cause my Son, who grew up eating your cheese stakes can't get them out in Long Beach , California, He came home so I treated him. Sorry....Y'all missed the mark AGAIN!!🤬

I love the food, especially the Cheesesteaks. That being said, your online menu says you deliver to Deptford, Woodbury, and Westville, you stopped delivering to my address in Deptford about 3 years ago! Woodbury is on the other side of me! Before that I'd ordered quite a bit from you, then one day... you stopped!

I ordered food for delivery and paid over the phone. I never received the food that I paid for. When I called the restaurant they were closed. And no delivery driver reached out or anything. I made a police report. My first time ordering delivery here and my last time. I will never trust this restaurant for delivery. Pretty upset because I spent my last 25 dollars for this food.
Ordered a chicken cutlet sub and the chicken was so tough you couldn't even eat it. Always have gotten food here before but this is the second time I ordered this and its the same. No more

I stopped by Gaetanos to get a chef. it literally took them 20 minutes to start. Making the chef salad. people walking and getting their food leaving out. I'm still standing there. No one's asking me. Did I order yet or whatever although the one girl knew I ordered? But they were about to change shifts so the other people didn't ask me. And then when I complained, now you wanna go start making my salad well. I don't want it now. And besides, I seen all the flies on that pizza. They serve by the slices. They gotta fly investigation problem. I'm so happy I went inside because I usually use them for a Christmas party at work but not this year..

Their food was always expensive, but at least they gave you a big portion. Not anymore just got a cheesesteak and there’s barely enough meat in there before the meat was overload.
