The service was horrible. The cashier seems to have an attitude. There was only 6 pices of chicken when I ordered an 8 piece, and they had loud music playing coming from a radio someone brought probably from home. I will not be going back to this KFC no time soon.

Every time I go here it’s an hour wait for extra crispy chicken lmao in what world is it taking an hour to make chicken at a fast food restaurant??
It seems like ordering chicken is a 50/50 shot of them having chicken. If they dont have original their out of crispy or out completely of chicken. I put a order in drove there what does the girl say we dont got that exact words got what no chicken. How is this store still open.

Our chicken tenders were so overcooked they were too tough to eat. The nuggets were dry. Mac & cheese was okay, both drinks were filled with an unknown drink that was orangish not green like mtw dew, the fries that my husband ate were the best part of the meal. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again

Very nasty people who work here. They would not take my coupon. The lady who took my order wore blue jeans that is not proper dress code. She looked at me like I had 3 heads with a dumb look on her face like there's something wrong with me. Cause I asked her to scan my coupon. SHE SAID they don't scan coupons nor do they honor coupons. I would advise you to go somewhere else. Im a very unsatisfied customer I left didn't order anything else.

This is honestly the worst kfc I have ever experienced. Yesterday I tried to uber eats some dinner after a long day of work and on the app it claimed that the store was not accepting any orders seems to me they decided to turn off all online ordering for what reason, don’t know . Today I placed an order for delivery and the driver drove all the way to my address claiming that the store did not have my food and said that they were not taking any online orders, which is not true my order was sent through and the driver obviously came all the way to my place to tell me this. I work in the restaurant industry as a chef and I can definitely say this store does not seem to care about the guest or even understands the meaning of hospitality. Not sure if this review will make much a difference cause at this point seems like this particular store does not care at all but I hope that the general manager sees this and start coaching their staff and get their shit together .Will never order from this location ever again. Highly recommend to avoid from ordering here

The experience was horrible I had a order thru door dash I never received my mash potatoes and the second gravy I asked for was all spilled in the bag along with the biscuit was all soggy in the gravy I tried to call and call no one has answered I paid 21.01 I was very disappointed disgusted and dissatisfied
