Got a five piece chicken tender with two sides cost me about $15. Every single chicken tender was about the size of my pinky when I got home I was so pissed off. I almost drove back. They tasted OK, but I swear they were so small. It was disturbing.

How is the kitchen closed at 10:00 and they close at 11:00
Literally the worst fast food location I've seen in my life. The wait time and service alone are worthy of 1 star in total. We keep ordering online 15-20 minutes before showing up to sit in drive through for 20-30 minutes to find out they still haven't even started the order. This most recent visit we sat in drive through for 20 minutes to be told to come inside because they are backed up. We come inside and we can't even speak to someone about said order for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile every mobile pickup person they speak to they are telling they don't even have the items they had ordered and been told their order was completed by now. The app lies to you, your food isn't even started by the time it says it's finished. Meanwhile the staff is short with everyone and there's little contact between customers and staff. If your business is struggling THIS badly to keep up then hire more staff. Change the app so it's not misleading about your order being finished or even STARTED by the time you get there. I know it's a fast food place so expectations shouldn't be high but good Lord this location sets it's own expectations on the floor and somehow manages to go lower every time we go there. Anyone ordering from here might as well expect an hour wait time to get their food.

There was a long black hair deep in my famous bowl that was not mine. Also the lady working the front desk kept trying to rush us. Was trying to explain that I wanted 2 famous bowls (one as a meal and one just the bowl) and instead of charging one as the meal she kept ringing in the drink and side separately so I ended up paying like $30 (absolutely ridiculous that I found a HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!!) This was Sunday 10/26 around 6:45pm. Can’t believe I paid $30 for this experience.

The food is good and they don’t mess up your order. However they often get backed up so you’ll usually be waiting well over 10 minutes for your food to be ready. The interior is also in need of a remodel.

I took a star off for value of food only, the tenders are small and expensive. Everything thing else gets a 5 star. I’m glad I ignored the negative reviews and gave this place a try. I’ve gotten nothing but fresh, hot, good food from here. The manager I think, Driyah, is super friendly and delivers service quickly, and with a smile. Everyone else I’ve interacted with has been pleasant as well. I will definitely continue to patronize this location.

I just want to say that it was a pleasure visiting this location and seeing the complete turn around involving the service, the food and most of all the staff! This is how it should be when you visit any restaurant. The online order was filled correctly, it was fresh and hot and the staff was polite, and friendly unlike previous crews at this location. What a major difference from previous visits in the last year! PLEASE keep up the great work and THANK YOU!
