It's KFC, if you want fried chicken, then go there. It was a quick stop to get dinner. I don't understand why their biscuits are like hockey pucks, so I avoid their "meals" to not get them. The chicken tenders are good along with the crispy chicken.

They forgot to give us half of are order. We realized when we got home, we called and they said to come back up for it. Which isn't the easiest since it's almost 4 miles away. When we went back to pick up the rest of are food. We stood in line for almost 10 minutes before we could tell them why we were there. The manger remembered and he made us fresh food. But it took another 15 minutes. The line inside and the drive thru were very long. And many people walk out. That's the problem when you close many locations and this is the only one left in about a 6 town radius.

I got the mixed 8 piece for 10$ deal for Tuesday and it was all dark meat.. I don’t eat dark meat so I was disappointed.. we work hard and usually only eat once a day so we try to get things we like and finding deals always helps.. please do better or please give me the deal tomorrow I don’t want anything free. Just to far to go back tonight..

While youre ordering food you get a good whiff of their employees smoking weed by the back door. Then when you get your order you get a half eaten chicken and a burnt one.Terrible.

KFC has a great selection. I always go for the whole meal bucket of chicken, potatoes, coke slaw , gravy for mashed potatoes. Always great my family loves it. And I don't have to cook that night. Great taste and great service.
This place is completely ghetto and I’m pretty sure the workers that read this comment will probably take that as a compliment.The manager that runs this restaurant should be fired. The employees that r employed here are incompetent, for the 40 minutes that I was waiting there for my meal 4 customers had to walk back in because the employees forgot something in their order now I’m not sure if they do it on purpose or are they really that high on weed that they can’t complete a order. And kfc pay these incompetent employees $15 an hour ?Im i’m only being this harsh because everytime I come here it’s a problem never have I been to this restaurant and there has not been a problem. Sad to say I will not be returning to this KFC or any other one. If I was the owner of this joint I would think about changing your employees and picking better ones next time

This location sucks. First time they forgot our biscuits and our sauces. Next time we placed an order, went to pick it up at 10pm and it says they’re open until 11pm. We pull up to the drive thru and they tell us that they are closed cause they have no product left even though it said our order was ready for pick up.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE HERR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL. THE MANAGER coached/ quarter backed all of her employees as they all worked making it easy flowing and fun to work. You can definitely see the team work ethics. The staff were super polite and respectful super attentive paying attention to all details ordered for every customer. Bathroom facility was clean and dining was just properly taken care of. As for the value of the taste of the food. Definitely 10 out of 10 . Food was fresh and temperature to proper liking. Definitely will be revisiting and recommending.

I ordered an 12 pc family meal online, paid, and rcv'd a confirmation that my food was ready for pick-up. I waited an extra 10 minutes before going to pick it up. The young man at the counter said they didn't have an order for me. I showed him the order number and my confirmation. He just shrugged it off and started filling a different order. I asked for the Mgr. She looked on the young man's register and found my order that was never put through to be filled. I don't know if the guy was new or what, but his cust. svc. skills were lacking. Anyway the mgr apologized and asked if I minded waiting an extra 6 minutes for fresh hot chicken, and I agreed. She then threw in a drink and a cake to make up for my delay.
