I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s in Burlington, NJ! Marcel was the associate who helped me, and he was extremely patient and attentive while making my hoagie. He took his time to make sure everything was just right and provided excellent customer service the entire time. It’s always nice to see someone who truly cares about the customer experience. The Burlington location: The workers were excellent. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly. The facility was very clean. However, the quality of the product, does not equal the TV commercial hype!!! I will say, the best part of the sandwich was the bread. The meat and cheese are low quality. I paid $34 for 2 sandwiches. My first and last time. They need to use better quality meat and cheese.
