May God protect the hands that smoked the ribs here!!This gentleman that cook here really knows what he's doing. I've used the term "fall off the bone" before when describing ribs that I've had.. Apparently I had no clue of what fall off the bone ribs were before I pulled into the parking lot of this takeout business.
