I ordered potato greens and I got egusi soup. I called back to inform her and she told me that it’s potato greens. I was raised by Africans, I definitely recommend going to precious kitchen in Trenton, Nj for the real deal. This is not what I expected, there was also a Hispanic guy in the kitchen, maybe that’s why.

I’ve been to this place 2 Saturdays in a row the food was so good! I ordered a grilled shrimp platter with fried rice. Everything was delicious and I asked for some spicy pepper sauce she gave me the best pepper sauce ever!

Back a year later and it’s just as good as the first time. Got egusi with pounded yam and its so good. Had jollof rice and a scotch egg last time all of it is so good.
Bonus; Mama is so nice i shouldve asked her name but she’s absolutely the sweetest. Gave me pro-life tips too! Thank you :)

best african food in a hour radius, i’ve tried a few spots from trenton, philly & north jersey but none have beat the taste i get from this spot here. 10/10 recommended the Egusi Soup with your favorite protein.
