We were there last night for dinner and to see the band. What a pleasant experience ! Upon driving up didn’t know what to expect, our first time there. Friendly staff all around beginning with receptionist who gave us a little tour of the layout. Our server was so busy very pleasant and attentive, food was excellent, high quality and delicious. Terrible experience!!! We’ve wanted to go to Union House and finally got the opportunity to go just to be handled like absolute trash. We watched everyone around us get their food despite us being there first and the staff including the manager Kathryn did not seem to care when we addressed our concerns and said we were “angry” because of the fact we waited for 40 min and did not receive our well done burger and tacos.
