Service is absolute garbage. They handle 1 customer from order to end, 1at a time. You wait forever to mostly get the wrong order or being told at the window they don't have what you want. Absolute shidbaggs and it's been this way for years. Place should be closed.

The service here was great. It it seemed a bit understaffed but Sheryl Holmes (the worker) was so patient and not rushing me when I ordered. There's also wireless phone chargers built into the table which I thought was convenient.

The nicest Duncan donuts I been to I sat in with my friend. But then we were looking at the staff, a male bengaly, who was digging in his NOSE AND PUTTING IT IN HIS MOUTH. MY FRIEND SAID NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. And he never washed his hands.12/18/23.. These Duncan owners don't care about their customers...

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, this is the worst one in the area they try to charge for things that come with the drink !!! That’s like asking for a coffee paying for it and paying extra cuz u asked for sugar. They don’t even try and help tried to charge me 99 cents for whip cream and 99 cents for caramel when it’s a drink that comes with both of those things so not a $5 drink is a $8 drink when it’s included in the price. WORST PLACE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is my favorite Dunkin! NOT ANYMORE!!Stuff is always fresh and sandwiches and coffee nice and hot!iThis place has gone downhill!So slow and always getting the orders wrong.This has happened more than 3 times.Took 15 minutes to get a coffee.

Unbelievable I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts, at 8:00 PM. and the guy couldn’t make me an ice spice drink because the machine was clean and they was closing soon I check and they close at 10

Customer service stinks! I placed a large order the day before, and was told it would be ready for pick up at 7:10 AM. It was even written on my receipt for confirmation (they even called their manager to ensure the order). I arrived at this location at 7:15am and nothing was ready. One gentleman told me “we are very busy” ( in a rude and disrespectful manner. ). Precisely why I came in the day before. Multiple people began working on my order and would stop and work on a different order. There is no system or collaboration in this particular location. Snails pace!!! A kind woman picked up my order and said she would handle it. I appreciate her willingness to provide good customer service., but it still took 20 minutes to fulfill my order. I will never go back to this Main Street location in Butler, New Jersey. I would not recommend it either.

I have been going to this Dunkin since I moved 6 years ago and never had an issue until recently. I understand it's hard to take orders via the com but I tried to be clear about 2 different donuts and not only was I cut off during the order, but when I calmly tried to explain which donut I was looking for the person actually screamed at me to tell me it wasn't there. In no way was I ever condescending or rude when I tried to request the donut.If the person had a hard time understanding, I would have had no issue explaining at the window so we could try to get on the same page. Even if the donut was not available, just calmly let me know and I'll happily move on because there are more important things to be upset about than a donut.Apologies, but I will never come to this location again. I will not tolerate being screamed at, especially in front of my 3 year old.

This is the worst Dunkin in the area. They recently switched managers and the new one is rude and lacks a knowledge of customer service. I nicely tried to explain to him the confusion that one of his employees had but I was blown off and had the drive thru window shut in my face. I used to use this Dunkin every morning but I will not be returning.

I came in today and had ordered a frozen coffee when it was given to me it was very strong, I asked if they could please put some more cream in it and blend it. I didn't ask for it to be remade or anything just for it to be diluted with cream. In return the man just put straight cream into it and didn't blend it nor did he mix it, mind you it is a frozen drink, and previously before being handed the drink I had ask if they could had put some wiped cream on top only to be charged a whole water for it. When I was handed back the drink which looked unappealing i asked again if they could just blend it. And he responded, "no, it isn't working" which was a clear lie. It was a wast of about $5 for a small frozen coffee. I hope in time this place can become better in terms of customer service as well
