The nicest Duncan donuts I been to I sat in with my friend. But then we were looking at the staff, a male bengaly, who was digging in his NOSE AND PUTTING IT IN HIS MOUTH. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, this is the worst one in the area they try to charge for things that come with the drink !!! That’s like asking for a coffee paying for it and paying extra cuz u asked for sugar. They don’t even try and help tried to charge me 99 cents for whip cream and 99 cents for caramel when it’s a drink that comes with both of those things so not a $5 drink is a $8 drink when it’s included in the price. WORST PLACE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

The service here was great. It it seemed a bit understaffed but Sheryl Holmes (the worker) was so patient and not rushing me when I ordered. There's also wireless phone chargers built into the table which I thought was convenient.
