My Husband ordered me a Birthday Cake a few days ago ago and it was incredible! Most amazing Napoleon layer cake I’ve ever seen/had!! Decorated so beautifully and tasted even better!!!!! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, what a disappointment. I ordered a cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday. This bakery is one hour in each direction from our home, but she loves banana Nutella everything, so I had to order her cake from here. The price very quickly escalated from $69 to $101. After tax and adding the $5 cookie (that was completely inedible) due to the fact they won't write the birthday message on the cake. They offer the cookie so the message can be written and then placed on top of the cake. The cake is 7" and that is no joke. It is a small cake but so pleasing to the eye!!! However, this cake mostly made it's way into the garbage. I hate to leave such a harsh review, but the $18 dolce de Leche cake that I bought from shoprite (to offer a choice to people who might not want banana Nutella and to ensure we had enough cake for everyone) was 10 times better. The outside of this cake has some sort of chocolate syrup that taste like pure bitter chocolate poured all over. Yuck. The cake layers themselves are dry and flavorless! There is one thin layer of banana. Somehow, the banana was completely hard in some places. It taste more like an unripe plantain than I banana. It was pure starch. Not edible. Then we had one layer of Nutella. Yup, that's right. ONE LAYER OF NUTELLA. So much flavorless white icing. It didn't have vanilla and it didn't have sugar. It was just whipped fat. People were spitting it out. Then there were whole hazelnuts on top of the Nutella. Not chopped or slivered. Whole hazelnuts. What in the heck is going on at this place? How are they in business. If you want a photogenic cake, this is the place. Just don't have any intention of eating it.
When we picked up the cake we grabbed some of the other specialties that I was reading reviews about. We grabbed a pistachio éclair, one coconut macaron, one raspberry macaron, and 6 of the dulco de Leche cookies. The macarons were accurately made and full of flavor. The éclair was soggy and the pistachio filling left a lot to be desires. The caramel filled walnut items were interesting. They weren't terrible but they had a weird fish after taste that truly plays with your mind. So bizarre. This was our first and last visit to this spot.

Bloom did a beautiful custom cake for my dad’s birthday. They really went above and beyond and it was not only beautiful and unique but delicious!

What a beautifully made and deliciously moist cake. It was so pretty we didn’t want to cut it. All our guests and the birthday girl loved the taste. The bakers made a cake flavor combination adjustment that was slightly outside of their menu to accommodate our wishes. They delivered the cake to me and the box presentation was so pretty with a clear full panel looking window and study too with top handle!! Very sharp looking 👌🏽You won’t regret getting you next cake from Bloom cakes.

Very nice place small and comfy

This dessert spot is absolutely amazing! Their treats are not only delicious but also take me right back to my childhood. Every bite brings back fond memories. The place itself is charming, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and you can tell the products are always fresh. It's the perfect spot to indulge in something sweet and feel nostalgic at the same time. Highly recommend!

I ordered a napoleon cake for my daughter’s baby shower. It was absolutely delicious and so beautiful as well. They were a complete pleasure to work with, from ordering the cake to their delivery process, it was seamless. It’s evident that lots of love and care goes into what they do. Bloom is the BEST!

I found this place by accident on the way to work. Great selection of pastries, very cozy and clean, friendly staff members. I really wanted to try Napoleon but they don’t sell it per slice. So I got some pastries.
Here are my thoughts:
Macaroons are AMAZING! Very fresh, perfect texture and delicious flavor.
Cream Puff was yummy! Not soggy, with a lot of cream. I just wish cream had a touch of vanilla bean.
Sweet Nuts are my favorite! Crunchy and sweet!
Pistachio Eclair was great too. I was expecting a custard with real pistachio paste, but unfortunately it was just a green dye and artificial pistachio flavoring.

Overall great bakery with a lot of potential!
A note for the owner: maybe if you will be selling slices of the cakes on weekends it will boost your sales and bring more customers?

I’ve made a couple of birthday cake orders with Bloom and they have delivered unforgettable creations each time. They made whimsical unicorn cake pops for a class celebration, and their Nutella Banana cake is out of this world delicious; all our party-goers were raving about it! Bloom is such a wonderful, warm, responsive and professional establishment. So grateful for them!

I went in to deliver the mail, and came out with some treats.
Im VERY PICKY when it comes my pastries, but the Macarons and Pistachio eclair were the BEST IVE EVER HAD!!!! Not only are they made in house, but you can definitely tell they're made with care.
Will be back FOR SURE!!
